Editorial Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Clean Shilajit publishes health and wellness information. Because these topics affect real decisions, we hold our content to clear standards. This page explains how we work.
How we research
We draw on published scientific studies, manufacturer certificates of analysis and lab reports, and established traditional sources. Where we cite research or a specific claim, we link to a credible source so you can read the original. We prefer primary research and reputable health institutions over marketing material.
Accuracy and review
Articles are written by our contributors and reviewed for accuracy by the Clean Shilajit editorial team before publishing. We do not invent statistics, studies, or quotes. If we cannot verify a specific figure, we say so or leave it out. We revisit articles over time and update them as evidence changes.
Not medical advice
Our content is for education only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Shilajit can interact with medications and is not appropriate for everyone. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. See, for example, our guides on side effects and whether shilajit is safe.
Independence and affiliate relationships
Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never determine our recommendations or our verdicts. We aim to recommend products on quality, purity testing, and value alone. See our terms for the full disclosure.
Corrections
If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page. We correct confirmed mistakes promptly and note significant changes.
